We, the undersigned, petition the Council to reinstate its grant to SASCA Somali charity

More details from petitioner:

Somali charity SASCA is having its grant cut by the city council and has been told it will not be renewed in the next financial year (April onwards).

The money the charity receives from the council enables it run its offices in Princess Road, Moss Side, paying for rent, running costs and its small salaries.

Sasca carries out vital work from its base and not just for the Somali community: advice on housing, benefits, training, employment etc and without the money from the money it receives from the council Sasca is in danger of closing.

Please sign our petition and help persuade councillors to reverse their decision.
